Autumn Fieldwork Series 
The Chinati Foundation, 12–19 September 2026

Volunteers joined Chinati for two Saturdays in September to care for the foundation's grasslands. In the first session, the group cleared tumbleweeds and then made native plant seed balls to put in their place. In the second session, the group focused on the area around the Artillery Sheds, transplanting vulnerable milkweeds and collecting grass seeds.
